peaceful stay

friendly porter fresh towels constant supply daily room

the friendly porter simon showed me around i found that comforting. the fresh towels i had every day was something i did not expect. he also made sure i had a constant supply of coffee and tea. i thought that the daily room service was particularly attentive.

i did find a slight burn mark on an accessory in my room, it did not ruin my stay though.

my Standard Double Room had a modern appeal and provided sufficient space. the bed was comfy and the shower worked Great. i did find everything to be clean and well maintained, A plus.

i was pleased with how close i was to the town centre, walking to shops and restaurants proved simple. the station was easy to access, as was the hospital. this made it a convenient location.

the staff made a welcome call, guiding me to the hotel, such a nice touch. although i had to wait for a moment for entry instructions, the staff greeted me with warmness. the porter was very helpful and attentive to every need.

a LOVELY Short Getaway

great warmth secure parking tea facilities

Simon, the attendant, greeted me with such WARMTH. He assisted me with my luggage from the car park. The room provided great comforts with tv and tea making facilities. I enjoyed the shower. Fresh towels was daily.

the bathroom cup looked not VERY clean.

the provided parking was a major plus. i received clear instructions over the phone from a helpful lady, this allowed me to easily access the secure accommodation late at night. the room was modern and the bed provided excellent comfort. i found the shower great and the water was hot.

the check-in process was smooth. the room offered sufficient space for work. the shower was excellent. it had good water pressure, and the temperature was easy to regulate.

the floorboards were squeaky. it created some noise when walking around the room, especially at night. this could be disruptive to light sleepers or other guests nearby.
